At the meeting of the EC, the provider of the site "Internet Reflexe EC Eurodisney," asked to be honored with a bill for € 28,000 construction, implementation and monitoring of the website.
What was not surprised that provider to realize that around the table majority of the elected EC were unaware of the existence of this bill because the provision we had been presented as complimentary.
Assistant Secretary of the CFE-CGC had taken care to keep all the elements for him to have an unwritten moral contract with the provider.
What you should know is that this site is used regularly by many workers (especially those at night or weekends when the offices are closed EC). All work
merit salary!
In one surprise, the treasurer uses for the Park Center for the raffle prizes, and Center Park that they have already offered 20 free stays.

EC

August 4, 2010 Newly appointed Union Representative to the Works Committee to the CFTC, here are my impressions: "Help! "These were my first thoughts upon entering the EC meeting.
In fact, from our entry we are violently arrested by the secretary of the EC that we made death threats with a finger on his throat and says "you will have your skin! .
that's it, I'm in the fourteenth dimension! The
nightmare has just begun!
budget lines presented by the treasurer of the EC is based on a budget of € 1,780,000. But after a few minutes, the President of the EC announced that the budget is lower (about 30,000 difference).
So all the budget be reviewed and the meeting is just beginning, what a disaster!
After 2 hours of heated debate, the President of the EC decides to adjourn.
The CFTC notes once again the failure of the institution.
Besides, where have all the 500,000 € atypical of the agreement reached between Management and the CFE-CGC - CGT for good account management?

The EC of 16 July 2010

Reports on the comparative situation of men and women on part-time.

Management says that the situation improves in fact statistics show that there is parity with 52% of men employed in the company against 48% women. After analyzing the workforce 2009, elected CFTC find that the use of contract employees working on fixed-term, women represent 62% of the workforce. Women are also poorly represented in the following hierarchy levels: The experienced team leaders and senior managers. Similarly, there are few women directors and vice presidents. In
institutions, elected CFTC find that there is a majority of men in the total workforce of establishments with the exception of establishments Shops and Administration where women predominate.
Women are more numerous in the category under 25 years (2220 women against 1882 men). In classes 26 to 35 and class 36 to 45 years fewer than men.
In the various categories of status in the company, the average age of the workforce is higher in men than in women. If we consider the seniority status, women have an average age of 12 years in the category supervisor treated frame.
In terms of remuneration, the analysis is clear: women are paid less than men.

For 2009, the set of promotions is also distributed regardless of the status and type of promotions.
Regarding access to training in non-managerial class, women start more easily in training women. It is found opposite results in the categories AMA, NMA and executives.

In 2009, the company has hired more women than men (59% against 41%) and a majority of women had obtained a temporary contract. The intermittent and seasonal contracts are mostly awarded to men. The CFTC elected

find that despite the effort made to recruitment, they are still many inequalities within the company. In the previous agreement between men and women during the presentation of the report last year, the company affirmed its desire to see parity in schools where the imbalance between men and women was evident. What the report shows the committee business this year, the situation remains the same as last year.

> A judge must now investigate the additional information ordered by the court. Amadou N'Diaye has been placed under judicial supervision in July 2010 by judge of freedoms and detention, according to the complaint filed in October 2009 by the union FO Eurodisney, followed by a complaint from the amusement park . He appeared before the Criminal Court at the first hearing on the merits of "abuse of trust and complicity in fraudulent modification of data contained in a system of automated data processing. Raymond appeared Myon him for "breach of trust and fraudulent alteration of data in a system of automated data processing. "During the hearing, Raymond Myon said he had acted at the request of and on behalf of Amadou N'Diaye, the secretary of the EC. "At the hearing, counsel for Raymond Myon asked the Criminal Court to investigate in Africa, the country of origin of Amadou N'Diaye, the important real estate constituted by it," relates to AEF Christmas Barber, coordinator CFTC Eurodisney.

> The CGT union county would also have constituted 77 plaintiff in this case. The elected and appointed CGT Disney protest against this approach: "We never thought of being betrayed in this way by our own union," they said in a letter dated October 6, 2010 addressed to union county. In the same letter, the CGT elected say they are "surprised [the new] through the union FO Disney."

> Since October 13, 2010, the EC voted unanimously to replace Amadou N'Diaye in its management mandates and prerogatives by an ad hoc agent. These powers were entrusted to the administrator appointed by the Criminal Court August 27, 2010, and sees its powers. During that hearing, the criminal court had also prohibited the secretary of the EC to enter the premises of Eurodisney. However, this last measure was reversed in early October 2010, the Court of Appeal of Paris.

> The removal of the office of CE, given by the CFDT at the meeting of the works of October 5, 2010, was rejected at the time elected by ten out of fifteen. "We did not want to further penalize the employees of Disneyland a few weeks before the election of EC members, "explains Noel Barber (CFTC). "We did not support the Secretary of the EC but the EC avoid the paralysis that prevented him from exercising his duties. "FP, the union behind the first complaint in this case would, in turn," fai [re] ensure that justice take its course "and" let the agent do his work justice. " For FP, "it will be the new majority union ahead of the polls to be released by the votes of the employees on November 23 next, to do what it will be done in terms of shifts, overhaul and modifications. " The first round of elections to the EC is scheduled for November 23, 2010 and lists have already been filed by the unions. A possible second round may be held on December 9.

One of these elected officials has since joined the independent union Sipe. The EC group EuroDisney, which manages the social works of more than 13,000 employees, has a budget of 2.8 million. DISCLAIMER following the EC of 05 October 2010 and of the article Page 3 of 6 October Parisien. THIS SPECIAL MEETING

Point 10 of the agenda of the meeting of the Company dated October 05, 2010 was:

"Deliberation Works for the removal of all the members constituting the Office of Works. "

employee organization that has requested this item, defended his view by pointing out that his wish was "That the ad hoc agent holds the office of Secretary." But, no action plan has been established and no new office was proposed!

But if the office is removed, the Trustee, replacing the Secretary, is also:
The risk at this point, is that the institution is fully paralyzed!
For the agent can always hold this position, a new vote must be done AND nobody should stand for the position (any union confused). Only then can the agent to continue its mission.

Elected officials of the CFTC have therefore voted against for the following reasons:

  • We hope that the appointment of a special trustee as Secretary be done through the removal of the current Secretary of the Works (the only board member for the moment under Judicial Procedure) without resorting to a risky procedure that is meant to be a solution that did not guarantee success,

  • We do not accept that an employee organization mobilizes our elected without even explain his intentions upstream or its objectives,

  • We're only 7 weeks before the elections and the urgency has no reasonable grounds,

  • The arguments we were not convinced of the advisability of this request.

CFTC Politicians are very surprised at the interpretations that have been made about their choice. We are in our right not to agree with the unilateral decisions as we respect among our colleagues.
We regret the choice of the representative of the CFDT, which has expressed without prior consultation with the organizations she wanted to join his cause.
We believe that such proceedings as close election will result in a dispersal of energy and seems to be a matured decision precipitated rather than in concert.

We regret that finally our view has not been considered but just felt like an affront.

is our point of view, we had this explanation for your understanding.

Muscular And Skeletal System Of A Toad

negotiating meeting on the stress of June 25, 2010

The phrase of the day, it comes from the direction: "Thought to have on the workload of local management teams."

To better assist employees in pain: The management asks unions to make proposals. Some organizations around the table were proposals. CFTC officials do not understand that we can offer solutions to problems that were only partially identified. Again, management is content as always to solve problems piecemeal.

Better accompany changes in scope: Management proposes to introduce project managers to scope changes. CFTC officials demand to know the definition attached to the words "scope changes". We all ask the same questions: Who? When? How? Where? What? It rewinds! The management told us that "Who": the project manager.

On using outstanding employees, representatives CFTC can not help but question the role of HR staff. Certainly they are not the only players and they have a significant administrative burden. It seems that this burden placed on the staff, they forget they are also guaranteed in their field of good social climate in their institution and enterprise.

When the direction you it will cease to impose changes to operations personnel? Before imposing, do not you have to consult people will change their working method. Employees of the company: it is individuals who are, day after day, present on their desktop, ready to face any eventuality so that the company could reap profits. Employees of company are not against change, but appreciate the changes to them value their work and improve their working condition nt.

Stress also seems to take a vacation? Following the "negotiation" on stress will resume in September. Oh, we forgot to tell you ... we are "promising" potential audit results ... so, expected numbers of the ratings!

Toad's Muscular System

protocol negotiation electoral

So here it is finished.
After the last 2 meetings on 3 and 17 June, the management has tried to impose two-year terms but the unions have remained firm and the coup leadership has had to backtrack and accept 4-year mandate.
Great lesson for when the unit is made, it is our strength: a lesson for those too often throw themselves on their pens and sign sometimes too fast.

The redistricting created a 16th establishment named "Integration Products."

CFTC officials have sought ways for management to be able to prepare, together, these elections in the best conditions. If we
"social partners", it does not exceed writing the agreement that says so because in fact he had the means to wrest the leadership that has allowed only 20 days of additional training, This year, instead of the 50 requested and nothing else .

The elections will be:

On 23 November for the first round and
On December 9 the 2nd round

Mount And Blade 1010 1011

negotiating session man / woman of 18 June 2010

management again by a subtle interplay of syntax, does evoke the articles of the Labour Code. Thinking, as it negotiates with the social partners and is open to new proposals within the agreement. Indeed, many articles of the agreement, supposedly 's proposals employer, are not progress, but already the legal provisions of the Labour Code, which equals the legal minimum: "Who can do more can do less!"

Management believes that the relationship life family and professional life to its limits. The management refuses to make a commitment to meet the demands of trade unions on this issue and makes clear that organizations have a utopian vision of corporate life. Given this situation, should remind us that in the evolution of the modern industrialized world, is the work that adapts to humans and not the man who must adapt work (according to the Labour Code). We are no longer in the era of Taylorism, or "Modern Times Charlie Chaplin. CFTC calls on the direction of Disneyland Paris to see the reports and analysis of sociologists, to be in tune with the times. If the consumption pattern has changed the psychology of the family did the same, we believe that it is the same in the business world. Stop having the primary objective, the profitability at the expense of company employees.
We do not have a philosophical agreements or utopian, far away. We want you to add frames to your chords a reflection of psychological and sociological factors that would be beneficial for all employers and employees.
Do we think that your management function and goals of profitability you away from "real life"? Remember that an employee in good health, knows given a lot and contributes greatly to the "good health" of the company.
Other countries and companies are already on this level of reflection, and have adapted to this end. This leads us to believe that Disney values are pure utopia. The finding, our Relationship Manager is our new social Calamity Jane, it shoots faster than his shadow, "No, no, no, I do not give in!".

Diverticulitis Surgery And C Diff

negotiation meeting gender equality gender equality

We are moving slowly, ... the same observations were made by the representatives CFTC in 2010 compared to 2009, the same outline solutions are data management. Basically nothing changed except the fact that management strives to create a draft agreement that would commit to measures to move towards a professional equality and equity. CFTC officials be attentive to the results of these commitments Management.

The "life" or "family status" employees seem to be taken into account by management. Meanwhile, representatives CFTC find that management prefers to promote the words "life" rather than "family life" in the agreement; representatives CFTC can not help to question the real commitment displayed by management in terms of this agreement. To achieve a balance and will prove the success of this new agreement, representatives CFTC said that the company can no longer pretend, not to give importance, to balance family and professional life of each employee.

Treating Decalcifacation Mi Paste

Meeting May 20, 2010 wife of

Years pass the negotiations are linked together and look alike. The management believes its good will, begins to philosophize on the subject and complaining about running out of tools for analysis of career development between man and woman; Q'avez you done for three years?
course, management does not fail to provide improvements over the previous agreement: budgets by division and not a steering joint (Insists management). The conclusion remains the same as when negotiating the final agreement: there is still no parity in many areas of the business (technical services, general services, security).
Clearly, there is no parity in terms of workforce and wages. When
unions highlight the inequality between men and women who continue, but management intends to reiterate its primary objective: to meet business needs.
Management makes self-criticism literary management would like access to our requests but can not afford.

The management explains: "We went to a management staff to manage human resources, but we have not yet reached the end of the logic of knowledge management throughout the employability" we are a map of professional human resource to 3 years. " This challenges the CFTC
: we end up with a real deal in 3 years?
is the story of the hare and the tortoise: nothing to run, yet he must leave on time and keep the distance!

on Negotiation Cutting and stress

Meeting of May 19, 2010

A governmental request that has the virtue of triggering a negotiation on the subject of stress. During this negotiation, the CFTC officials have noted that the term "psychosocial risk" are no longer taboo within the company. Management seems to have become aware of certain "deficiencies". During the meeting, the CFTC officials have had a taste of what the new agreement:

  • a training program for teams of management and non-managerial employees,

  • an awareness campaign aimed all employees.

CFTC officials have requested that the unions are involved in creating training programs and can find these training sessions in advance.

CFTC officials find it difficult to put in place preventive measures without an audit of the situation within the company at a time T. Representatives CFTC remember the work done by different actors in the business working groups on psychosocial risks and are as much employees of the company pending the outcome of this work.

Management announces a schedule of negotiations stretching until September. Stress negotiation: a case to follow!

I Forgot My License At Home

May 7 negotiating the continued preparation of elections in two phases.

CUTTING:

The CFTC has not signed the agreement on redistricting because we do not support the creation of the 16th establishment named "Product" as the basis for this division correspond to a matrix organization so we do not see the benefit of this division for the employees concerned.
This division depends on the organization established by the company but does not take into account the social aspect for employees.

For CFTC, such as the Department explains in negotiating these documents we wanted to "create a new institution comprised of employees constituting a working community with specific interests, likely to generate Common Pleas and working on specific Direction of a representative of the employer, regardless of whether it has the power to rule on its claims (Cass. Soc. 29/01/2003).

For the CFTC, the creation a new facility could bring:
Warehouses, general service, cleanliness backstage and waste management.

PROTOCOL:

The CFTC does not support either a term of office of 2 years as proposed by management or electronic voting, even partially.
  • In the first case, we know from experience that is 4 years time needed to reach a certain mastery of the subjects.

  • In the second, we do not support this type of voting because the OS does not master the material and, as we will in the event of litigation?
Remember the hazards of this kind of voting in the USA!

negotiation protocol electoral equality Male / Female

May 6, opened the first meeting to renegotiate the agreement Equality between men and women.

The inventory is more than disappointing because in 3 years little has changed.

Management has even made his mea culpa as a part of the agreement she signed was not performed. This is the party planning to improve promotions TL, TL experience, manager and senior manager. Management as an explanation simply states that it was not a priority for the past 3 years.

The beginnings of future discussions suggest The unions want the same change attitudes in this regard as we do not know if the company is ready for these changes.

Equality between men and women swept many areas, so what financial resources to advance the topic of leadership will she give this negotiation. it is too early to say but time will tell.

Since long a negotiation meeting like this one did not proceed peacefully. The richness of the discussions and consensus between OS with acquiescence of management is rare enough to emphasize.
