The CFTC is against the introduction of mobile cameras. Indeed, we believe that the insights spend means of prevention (road signs and advertising, various awareness campaigns, mails, ...) rather than sanctions which may include termination.

Director Courcoux Eloi, we made a boring presentation where we could ask no questions, and woe to him who dared to interrupt. We understood that the proposed organization was full of parameters that do not reflect the only parameter that can support a team, which is the Human. We understand the stress and pressure that can transmit M Courcoux and we encourage our employees to share their feelings. We know how to listen.

Management reversed its decision to dismiss the Chief of Staff.
This will serve as precedent in the Company in a fight.
7 .- Proceedings of members of the Works to assign Acecom legal firm for a presentation of the financial statements of the EC in March 31, 2010.
The firm will submit the accounts of Sept. 20, so the item was postponed to this date.
8 .- Proceedings of the Works Council members to appoint an EC member to represent the Committee in connection with the assignment in the firm Acecom Justice pursuant to paragraph 7 of the agenda.

9 .- Information on the status of accounts from CE to August 10, 2010.
We expect the closing of accounts Acecom to inform on this point.
10 .- Information CE on the changes following the regular meeting of August 24, 2010 to the project specifications (engagement letter) to a call for tenders to renew the accounting firm of EC.
