on Negotiation Cutting and stress

Meeting of May 19, 2010

A governmental request that has the virtue of triggering a negotiation on the subject of stress. During this negotiation, the CFTC officials have noted that the term "psychosocial risk" are no longer taboo within the company. Management seems to have become aware of certain "deficiencies". During the meeting, the CFTC officials have had a taste of what the new agreement:

  • a training program for teams of management and non-managerial employees,

  • an awareness campaign aimed all employees.

CFTC officials have requested that the unions are involved in creating training programs and can find these training sessions in advance.

CFTC officials find it difficult to put in place preventive measures without an audit of the situation within the company at a time T. Representatives CFTC remember the work done by different actors in the business working groups on psychosocial risks and are as much employees of the company pending the outcome of this work.

Management announces a schedule of negotiations stretching until September. Stress negotiation: a case to follow!
