I am ashamed to even make a pun film.
This post is a thought for the families of 55 people missing and many wounded in the fire at the plant Lissasfa (Casablanca suburbs).
An accident that could have been avoided or responsibilities to point the finger?
In reading the various articles , certain phrases flash:
"The emergency exit was locked, that's for sure" , "bars on the windows"
reminder, a mattress factory, so the risk of fire spread could not be more tenfold. Thus, the most basic common sense dictates that the potential for escape in case of loss are possible.
"The fire broke out at about 10am the" "Firefighters arrived around 14h" .
They reportedly came from Marrakech that they would come faster !
The urgency of the response to a disaster, especially of this magnitude, seems also the basic definition of art. Involvement in environmental CSP C / D / E = ground zero!
This tragic event has unfortunately support the finding, which already had been imposed following the collapse of the building under construction in Kenitra, last January:
But what do we defined standards of safety in this country?
the horizon from May 1st, I hope that this sad event will garner at least a genuine debate on social policy, upstream: rights of workers met (especially in environments at risk), employers face up to its legal responsibilities in a credible judicial system ...
There's too much anger in this country, and demonstrations of a growing number of fed growing, more or less peaceful. Is it really necessary to wait until the snowball magnification, until they can not control it, to act?
