Open Salon Blueprints

bargaining agreement for employees with disabilities

Already two meetings on 6 and January 20, 2011: A
text has been proposed and CFTC sent its requests for changes.
One thing is for sure we want the treatment unsuited is still part of the agreement in anticipation of a disability.
CFTC will post its proposals soon.

Most of the time we do not feel concerned, yet accidents of life can propel us at any time in this world that is often unknown.
CFTC has chosen to have in its delegation of the employees concerned therefore with disabilities.

Communication and education are our main demands followed by deployment of Mission Handicap for the company to finally reach its legal obligations, ie employment of 6% disabled. We also want the text to outbid new measures.

NAO first meeting

Opening the negotiation wage this Wednesday, January 19, 2011:

Management is more concerned about the amount spent by visitors as our salary increase. We'll still get out the handkerchiefs this year!
It's hard to admit that we have a hotel occupancy rate higher than all other firms in the industry.
She admits that the second half of 2010 is the best since a long time, although this is an encouraging sign.

Our company adopts a cautious policy to cushion the effects of the crisis. The management said that employees were rewarded in 2010, but she forgets that thanks to the release of 23/12/2010 we got this increase and a bonus at year end.

Despite the crisis, the company is doing correctly (according to audit the accounts of the business), debt is desired but not contrary to the sudden they want us to believe.
One thing is sure: the goal of the NAO, for the direction, not to reward the year 2010, that is to say, the effort made by all who would so vain it seems.
Instead of looking to the future, it looks back and we recall that in 2004 and 2005 the company was near bankruptcy, and that thanks to the shareholders the company has kept the job.

CFTC asks :

"employees did not they, too, provided efforts to keep jobs by agreeing to do various tasks and varied without retribution? .

the finding is serious because the company's shareholders to think more employees. Words
executive income during the debates were often "and EXTREME CAUTION CAUTION".
The company will practice the SMIC + 1%.

The CFTC held to highlight the case of employees who are in the company for over 10 years and still the coefficient 181. Some unions have proposed a gesture for the 20th anniversary of the coefficient from 200, all of them. The management refuses to meet that no suffisemmant post and that if these people were not tales of their coefficients, they only had to resign.

The social is declining, the company would rather give than take.

Next meeting February 10, 2011. According to statistical data, organizations must submit their demands to management. these will be the débatues 10.
